No worries, you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge from mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg .

We take care of the return label (first one only).

For shoes , the inner and outer soles must be in very good condition, in the original box with the transport pouch and the cork soles. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box.

For clothing , the item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label .

A little extra for Parisians (and nearby suburbs), a courier service is available!
