Delivery

What delivery methods are offered to me?

For mainland France , you can choose home delivery via Colis Privé (normal delivery), Chronopost (express delivery) or Mondial Relay.


For the Euro zone, as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland , via Colissimo (normal delivery), DHL (express delivery) or Mondial Relay.

For the rest of the world
, we offer delivery via DHL (express delivery).

What are the shipping fees ?

Delivery costs vary depending on the amount of your order, the carrier selected, and the destination of your package. Delivery is free from 90€ of purchase in mainland France, for delivery via Mondial Relay. Otherwise :

For mainland France, €3.90 for Mondial Relay delivery, €5.90 for normal home delivery, €10 for express delivery.

For the Euro zone, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, €6 for Mondial Relay delivery, €10 for normal home delivery and €20 for express delivery.

For the rest of the world, 20€ with Express delivery

What are the delivery times ?

For normal delivery or Mondial Relay , your package will be shipped within 48 hours.

For Express delivery , it will be shipped within 24 hours in mainland France, the Euro zone, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. For worldwide delivery, shipping will be made within 48 hours.

During busy periods, sales periods or collection launches, these delivery times may be slightly modified. Thanks for your patience.

How to track my order ?

To track your order, you can log in to your customer area. If, during your purchase, you did not create a customer account and continued as a visitor, you can create an account using the address provided during your order, and the latter will appear in your new account.

Your orders can be grouped into a single package if you have placed several
orders on the same day, with the same bank card, and you have chosen the
same delivery address.

If the total of the two orders reaches the threshold necessary to benefit from delivery
free, shipping costs will be fully refunded.

Cancel my order

Once your order has been validated, you have one hour to cancel it.

After this period, our teams will no longer be able to cancel your order.
In this case, we will invite you to return your items once received and then we

How long can I make my return?

You have 30 days to return a product that does not suit you. This period begins from the date of receipt of your package (exception made during the end of year period when orders placed between November 1 and December 20 can be returned until January 15 of the following year ).

Your order must be returned in perfect condition (impeccable inner and outer soles for example), in the original box with pouch and cork soles, and within 30 days.

Yes, you can send us a second return. In this case, the return costs are your responsibility.

Under what conditions are Angarde shoes produced?

Your Angarde Espadrilles, Mules and Slippers are assembled in the South East of Spain, by a family business with more than 25 years of know-how in the footwear sector.

Your Angarde Sneakers are made in the Porto region, in the North East of Portugal, the footwear basin where the biggest luxury brands are produced.

How do I buy my product?

To obtain your Angarde pair, there are two options: buy it online, by selecting your size, adding to the basket and then letting yourself be guided; or in store, either at our resellers or in our new store! Find all our points of sale here .

What is the 2nd life program?

The 2nd life program allows you to recycle all your Angarde pairs when they reach the end of their life. Complete this form to send us your request. You will then receive a prepaid slip so that you can return your pair to us at the end of its life. To thank you, we will send you a -15% voucher to be used on all of our collections (excluding pre-orders).

Maintaining my Angarde

How do I maintain my pair of Angarde shoes?

The Espadrille:
You can wash your pair of espadrilles with cold water, soap and a nail brush. Models without glitter can also be machine washed (30° or cold, without spinning).

Basketball:
After removing the dust with a brush, apply our Sneakers Shampoo . Lather, rinse with clean water, pat them dry and let them air dry on wooden shapes. We recommend that you apply a veil of Eco Protect waterproofing to your sneakers to protect them from rain and future stains. When you are not wearing them, store them in a cupboard away from humidity, held in place by wooden tensioners .

The mule :
Water-resistant outsole (dry quickly). Upper (upper part) to clean with cold water, soap, and a sponge.

The Slipper:
We use high-end materials (recycled Italian wool, premium leather, etc.) in the making of your slippers. It is therefore necessary to take care of it on a daily basis, as you would a beautiful cashmere sweater. We advise you to wear them indoors but not "in slippers", to protect them from moths (they are recycled but natural wool) and to clean them with water and Marseille soap if necessary. If your soles are worn, you will find replacement wool soles on our site.
