RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How to return my order ?
FRENCH PALS allows you 14 days provided in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code to return the product if you are not satisfied, with no penalty, except the return postage. This period starts from the date your package is delivered.
To return your order, please :
- Make a request through the contact form
- Resend the shoes in their original transport carton box, or a new transport carton box, along with the needed informations for refund : Name, surname, address, phone number, email, order number and name/size of the pair that you return
- Please send back the package within fourteen (14) days after package receipt to the following address:
After that period, products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the Customer and FRENCH PALS reserves the right to refuse an exchange, to give a credit or to refund.
The package may be returned with the carrier of your choice. It is strongly recommended that the merchandise be returned via registered post, and that you purchase, if necessary, insurance with the carrier for the market value of the products to protect yourself against loss or damage.
We do not accept packages for which the payment of the shipment must be paid by the recipient.
This right to return the goods will only be accepted for products returned in a condition where they can be re-sold by FRENCH PALS (i.e. clean shoes box without label, unused pairs of shoes along with their accessories, tag etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.
We will issue your refund within 14 business days of receipt of your return after we checked the good conditions of the items and their packaging.
Can I exchange my order ?
We don’t do exchanges but only refunds.
If you wish to get the item you order in a different size, you have to send us back the item that doesn’t suit and order the new item.
Return costs are born by customers.
