- Place synthetic and/or delicate clothing in the Guppyfriend bag, then put it in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes. You can use your usual program.
- Take out the damp clothes and collect the fibers located in the hem of the bag (generally visible after several machines) and throw them into your household waste bin.
